Terms of Use

Last updated 2026-07-22

1. What this site is — and is not

SellerSays provides calculators and reference information to help cross-border sellers make business decisions. It is not legal, tax, customs, accounting, or investment advice, and using it does not create any professional-client relationship. Duties, taxes, fees, and rules change and depend on facts specific to your goods and business; confirm binding decisions with the relevant authority or a licensed professional before acting.

2. Accuracy and sources

We cite official sources and show verification dates next to the numbers we use (see the methodology). We work to keep facts current, but we do not guarantee that any figure is complete, current, or applicable to your situation. Where a needed number is not published, our tools say so rather than estimate silently.

3. No warranty; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerSaysand its operator are not liable for any loss — including lost profit, duties, penalties, seized goods, or business interruption — arising from use of, or reliance on, this site's content or calculations.

4. Acceptable use and content

Don't scrape at abusive rates, misrepresent this site's output as an official government or platform determination, or republish substantial portions without attribution. Trademarks and platform names referenced here belong to their owners; references are for identification only and imply no affiliation or endorsement.

5. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Questions: forrestgangqin@gmail.com.
